What to write to us about
- A correction. Quicker still: use Report an error, which is linked from every page.
- A missing model, brand or manual. Tell us the brand and model number; we add manufacturers in turn.
- Rights in a document or image. If you publish material we link to and want the link removed or credited differently, say which page.
- Your account or data. You can change or delete your account in Settings; for anything else, email us from the address on your account.
What we cannot do
We cannot diagnose a fault from a description, recommend an engineer or supply parts. For a repair, use the manufacturer's customer service (linked from each brand page) or a qualified local engineer.
