Standard UK freestanding washing machines are about 850 mm high and 600 mm wide; depth varies most, from about 450 mm for slim models to 650 mm. Allow extra depth behind the machine for hoses and the plug, and check the height with feet adjusted if it has to fit under a worktop. Some manufacturers also publish a depth with the door open.
