Where is my model number?

Find the rating plate

Every appliance carries a rating plate: a printed label with the model number, the serial number and the electrical rating. Search this site with the model number exactly as printed; spaces, hyphens and the suffix after a slash do not matter.

  • Washing machines and washer dryers inside the door frame when the door is open, or behind the filter flap at the bottom front.
  • Dishwashers on the edge of the door, visible when it is open.
  • Fridges and freezers inside the compartment, on a side wall or behind the salad drawer.
  • Ovens and cookers on the door frame or the inside edge of the drawer below.
  • Anything else on the back or underside of the appliance.

Bosch, Siemens and Neff label the model number E-Nr; the longer FD number beside it is the production date, not the model.
