Critical malfunction. Turn off the water tap. With this error message, the appliance starts a draining process. 1. Wait approx. 5 minutes until the draining process ends. 2. Restart the appliance. If required, start the draining process again. 3. If the fault persists, call customer service. Detergent dosage is too high. Reduce the amount of detergent for the next washing cycle with the same load. Additional water has been added. Do not add any extra water to the appliance while it is operating. All other error codes. Malfunction 1. Restart the appliance. 2. If the fault occurs again, disconnect the appliance
